Service Policies

Shonice Love is more than happy to provide services to help you get ready for your special occasion. Please review my policies prior to booking.

makeup

  1. Deposit: There is a Non-Refundable Booking Deposit for your makeup appointment. This fee will be 50% of the overall service and is not transferable. To reschedule an appointment, you must rebook. (This policy is in place as your deposit secures your appointment for the day that is booked and will be prevent other clients from having to opportunity to book). No Deposit = No Appointment

  2. Payment: Deposits are due prior at the time of booking to secure your time slot. Payment in full is due Upon Arrival of your makeup session. Failure to pay, will result in no longer being able to book any service with Shonice Love.

  3. Travel: There is a Travel fee that be applied for services provided outside of Los Angeles. The fee will $1 per miles traveled.

  4. Pricing: Pricing for makeup on the services page are per person. There are no group discounts except for the Bridesmaids package and Photoshoot (Does not include Photography/ Makeup Bundle)

  5. Bridal Agreement: Fully Executed Bridal Agreement due prior to session for all Bridal Services.

  6. Late policy: Anything after 20 minutes will be canceled. A $15 late fee will be applied.

Photography

  1. Deposit: There is a Non-Refundable Booking Deposit for your makeup appointment. This fee will be 50% of the overall service and is not transferable. To reschedule an appointment, you must rebook. (This policy is in place as your deposit secures your appointment for the day that is booked and will be prevent other clients from having to opportunity to book). No Deposit = No Appointment

  3. Photography Agreement: Fully Executed Photography Agreement due prior to Photography Session.

  4. Studio Rental: There is an addition rate for studio bookings that will be calculated into the overall rate based on the cost of the studio rental. For Photography/ Makeup bundle there is a 3-hour minimum which includes 1 hour for Makeup and 2 hours of shooting time.

  5. Travel: There is a Travel fee that will be applied for services provided outside of the city Los Angeles. The fee will $1 per miles traveled to your location.

  6. Props/ Decoration: Client is responsible for all props and decorations for their shoot (Balloons, cake, confetti, etc.)

  7. Pricing: Pricing for makeup on the services page are per person. There are no group discounts except for the Bridesmaids package and Photoshoot (Does not include Photography/ Makeup Bundle).

  8. Image Turnaround: All photoshoots will include 10 Retouched Images. Raw images will not be distributed. Images will be delivered digitally via Lightroom. The link will expire after 14 days. Final images (Retouched) will be provided 1 week from shooting date. Expedited Image Delivery (48) will be an additional $50

  9. Additional Retouched Images: There is a $10 for each Retouched Image.

  10. Photoshoot Attendees: A maximum of 2 people can attend your shoot due (for individual shoots). Group Photography has a maximum of 6 people. All must wear a mask unless they are in front of the camera.

  11. Late policy: Anything after 35 minutes will be canceled. A $15 late fee will be applied. Photoshoot will resume upon late arrival with the remaining time discussed with client.

  12. Cancellation/ No Show: There is a Non-Refundable Booking Deposit for your makeup appointment. This fee will be 50% of the overall service and is not transferable. To reschedule an appointment, you must rebook. Deposits will not be returned for cancellations. If you are a no call no show, you will no longer be able to book any services with Shonice Love.
